Training that improved last-mile CSAT

Has anyone found a course that measurably boosted customer communication and local partner reliability? I manage a 60-driver evening fleet in Phoenix, and after adding proactive SMS ETAs we cut WISMO calls by 23%, but I’m looking for continuing ed — maybe CLTD, a CX micro-credential, or a negotiation workshop — that directly helps with client reviews and building tighter courier networks. What’s been worth the time and budget for you?

And cLTD’s solid, but CCXP prep improved ‘service recovery’ scripts; add doorstep-photo SOP for evenings.

@mfoster’s recovery angle is solid; what moved our CSAT most was sending our dispatch leads through Scotwork Essentials (https://www.scotwork.com/) and using their prep sheet to rewrite courier SLAs into a one-pager with tiered credits for missed ETAs — reviews nudged +0.3 and partner reliability tightened. Want the SLA template we used?

WorldCC’s SRM cert tightened partner reliability and review responses; https://www.worldcc.com — bilingual evening ETAs yet?
