Returns are my love language

Ever notice how handling returns is like dating? You put in all this effort to make it perfect, but somehow, it just comes back with issues. Last week, a customer sent back a pair of shoes because ‘they didn’t fit my vibe.’ I mean, how do you even manage that in the warehouse? Just trying to keep stock organized while deciphering fashion choices is a full-time comedy gig.

Totally feel that! > deciphering fashion choices is a full-time comedy gig. I once had a return because ‘the color was too vibrant.’ Just goes to show, you can’t always predict what’s going to vibe with someone. Have you tried including a style guide with your products?
