Microlearning that boosts retention on the floor

Has anyone found a way to run 30-minute microlearning blocks (WMS basics, RF, lead-hand skills) without dragging down pick rates during peak? We piloted it in the Tuesday/Thursday 2 p.m. slot and saw a 7% 90-day retention lift at our Joliet site, but I’m weighing which credentials (OSHA refreshers, CLTD modules) keep folks engaged and how you slot them without cutting hours.
