Switched our intake to a 3-bin triage (restock/repair/repack) and cut average touch time from 6:40 to 4:55, but I’m still fighting lag between disposition and on-hand update in the WMS. If you’ve got a template for reason codes or a barcode-driven flow that posts inventory within 15 minutes, would you share what you’re using?
